James A. Ealy holds a Bachelors Degree with Designation in Honors from Baldwin-Wallace College majoring in Speech Communication Theatre and Psychology. He obtained a certificate as an Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic from the University of Southern California. His Masters' degree was presented at Cleveland State University in Communication Theory and Methodology. Mr. Ealy has conducted over 2000 trainings in medical and social work subject areas. He has trained locally with the Caron Foundation, Gaudenzia Training Institute, the Horsham Clinic, the Keystone Center, the Kintock Group, the Kirkbride Center, Minsec Treatment Centers and the Mirmont Treatment Center among others. He has obtained one certification or renewal in each year since his arrival in the Philadelphia area.
Tanya Elk, CRNP received her CRNP in 2004. She was a registered nurse in the 1980s and 1900s; specializing in Psychiatric care. She has been active as a trainer with WTC for several years, covering all the trainings based in the medical curriculum.
Natalia Borus, CRNP became a CRNP in 2009 and is is focused in infection Control and issues around Nosacomial Infection and OSHA regulations. She is a popular trainer with WTC and is bilingual (spanish).
